Good to know before you book.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, but delivery, setup, and pickup are all priced separately from your rental — they're not automatically included in package pricing. Same-day setup and pickup is available if you need everything handled on the day of your event.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Burgaw and travel up to 50 miles from there, covering Wilmington, Jacksonville, Hampstead, Wallace, Rocky Point, Surf City, and the towns in between.

Can I mix and match items instead of booking a full package?

Absolutely. Every item in our packages is also priced individually — see the à la carte list above, or just call and tell us what you need.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, especially for weekend weddings and spring/summer dates — but give us a call regardless, we'll always try to make it work.

Policies

The fine print.

A quick summary of how booking works. We'll walk through everything when you call — this is just the overview.

Booking & Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit holds your date — your event isn't scheduled without it. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event (or at booking, if you're reserving within 30 days).

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery, setup, and pickup are all priced separately from the rental itself, based on your location and what you need done — including same-day setup and pickup if your schedule calls for it.

Tent Installation

Tents need level, stable ground and can't be installed in rain or sustained winds. If your site needs extra staking, weighting, or ground protection, that's billed separately.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancel 14 or more days before your event and we'll refund everything except the deposit. Inside 14 days, the deposit and any payments made are non-refundable. If we have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund, deposit included.

Weather

If severe weather — including named storms — makes a safe setup impossible, we'll cancel or reschedule the tent portion of your order at no penalty to either side, and apply your deposit to a new date where we can.

Beach & Sand Events

We're happy to set up on the beach, but sand setups take extra equipment and care, so beach rentals are priced differently than a standard yard setup — ask us for a quote specific to your location.
